• BY BALLOT DROP BOX

  • Drop off your ballot at one of three locations throughout Suffolk, now through election day. Drop boxes are under camera surveillance and available 24/7 outside at the following locations.
    • North Suffolk Library, 2000 Bennetts Creek Park Rd.
    • Curtis R. Milteer, Sr. Recreation Center 132 Robertson Street
    • Voter Registration Office, 440 Market St.
  • Dropboxes will also be available at all regular polling places on Election Day, November 3, 2026 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• IN PERSON EARLY VOTING

  • In person, early voting for Suffolk voters will be available at
    • 440 Market Street, First Floor, Suffolk 23434 starting Friday, September 18, 2026.
  • Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday Voting - Sunday, Oct. 18 & Oct. 25(11 am - 4 pm)
  • Saturday Voting - Saturday Oct. 24 & Oct. 31(9 am - 5pm)
  • Last Day to Vote Early - Saturday, Oct. 31 (9 am - 5 pm)
  • Last day to apply for ballot to be mailed, Friday, October 23, (close at 5 pm)

• IN PERSON AT YOUR POLLING PLACE ON NOVEMBER 3RD

  • At your regular voting polling place from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • The last day to update or register to vote is Friday, Oct. 23. (Close at 5 pm)

The last day to register to vote or to apply for an absentee ballot is Friday, Oct. 23, 2026.
